How do i get a job in Canada? What do i need to do?

Im engaged...Im a highschool teacher from TX. How do i do this? Can i file for a spousal sponsor/work visa? or do i get a skilled worker visa? Should i have a job offer first? What do i need to do to move and get employed in Canada? Looking at Ontario area...

Someone told me there is an engaged visa or something i could get...anyone know what this is? I feel so lost...

There is no fiance visa in Canada. If you want to do spousal sponsorship, you either have to have lived together for 12 months to qualify as common-law or you get married. Since you are engaged anyway, I suggest you get married and do spousal sponsorship.
