How do I get a copy of my CSQ?

Hi Guys,
This is a weird one (and a bit embarrassing), basically I received my CSQ last year, applied for my federal application (obviously sent of one copy of my CSQ with that).

My federal application was approved, have my PR card etc etc.

I went to get my RAMQ and was asked for my original CSQ. I can't find it anywhere. I sent the RAMQ people a photocopy of my CSQ but apparently I need the original.

Any ideas of how i can get one? I have looked on the immigration quebec website but so can't find anything about it :-(

My local VO returned all documents after the PR application was approved. I thought they did it in all cases.
