How do i correct a mistake on IMM5257B

I'm a military personal in Ghana and after submitting my visitor visa application to visit my wife who is an international student in Canada on October 2023 I just noticed an error in my imm5257b question 4( military services) instead of ticking no I tick yes and IRCC are demanding a complete IMM5546 which I don't have so how can i correct this mistake

But if you are in the military then you ticked yes. What is the mistake.

I thought they were asking whether I have served in military in other country before joining military in my country

No. They are asking a straight forward question. If you have served in military, then you correctly answered YES. Provide them with IMM5546 that is requested.

Who would served other country's military after joining military in their own country? And why did you post in a sub-forum under Moving to Canada from US? I don't believed that you are moving from US.
