How do I confirm whether my (extended) study permit has been linked to my new DLI?

I got my study permit extension, then decided to change universities. I submitted a request to change my DLI but it seems like there's no way to confirm it. Anyone know if I can confirm whether my study permit has been linked to my new DLI?

Did you study at your first DLI for at least one semester? If not, you cannot just submit a request to change your DLI. You need to apply for a new study permit.

Background: I actually finished one program in April (2022) and my second was starting in September (2022). Already got a study permit extension for that, and after getting it I'm changing universities. I've been in Canada this entire time and as far as I know, I dont need to apply for a new study permit extension(?)
