How do I check the submitted documents?

Hi,

I included a small detail back when I was applying for a study permit from back home. I had worked for a small local cafe for a month (possibly 2 months?) in 2013 and I don't remember when it was. Now that I'm trying to fill out my Personal History post-ITA, and I don't know what to put for that. I checked my banking and I have a deposit from my employer November 11, 2013. However, I remember having to keep asking from him because he wouldn't pay me in time. I found only one payment. Though, he might have paid me in cash for other times. It's definitely something like 1-3 months lol. The cafe is currently closed, and I remember he kept a timesheet on a piece of paper, so I doubt he would know even if I was able to reach out somehow.

I'm trying to view documents that I've submitted to IRCC in the past through my IRCC account. When I click on the document I submitted, it opens up a new window saying "Please wait" and nothing happens. I have a premium up-to-date Adobe access, so it's not that I don't have Adobe installed. Also, when I download the document to my desktop, then the document comes out empty. I don't see the details I've put in.

1) What do I do in this case? Is there any way I can see the documents I've submitted years ago? I've changed my computer and it's not on the cloud.
2) Can I call IRCC and would they know?
3) Does it actually matter if I'm off by 1 month or the duration is off by 1 month between the application for study permit, and my Personal History for PR application?
4) Can I just enter whatever I remember in Personal History, and add a Letter of Explanation? Would it be okay?

I would appreciate any inputs.

Thanks!!
