How difficult to get LMO for Food Store Manager

Hi there I have an offer of permanent employment in Ontario as a specialist food store manager. Is there a list of codes for jobs that do not get LMO approval? Is this likely to be one of those? I could apply for an immigration visa, I am a Commonwealth citizen (British) but I understand the fastest that is likely to be processed is 6 months and the employer needs me there asap. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

1. There is no list of jobs that don't get LMOs.
2. Your prospective employer will have to advertise the job for at least 2 weeks on the job bank. Salary must be above the average (for most positions) Then s/he would demonstrate to HRSDC why the Canadians or PRs who applied for the position were not qualified and why your qualifications made you the best person for the job. The LMO processes is probably going to be 10-14 weeks.
3. If you are a UK citizen under 30 you could apply for an IEC (Working Holiday visa) which would allow you to work at any job for 1 year in Canada. The information is here: http://tinyurl.com/c2yleo6
