How difficult is to get OINP if i have a tech offer?

How difficult is to get OINP if i have a job offer from as software developer from Ontario employer. I have a post graduate diploma from Ontario.

So look at job offer stream draws and see if you OINP score and NOC are draws. I think there has only been one tech draw this year.
