Hello. I'm new here. Googled a few things in last 24 hours and so many results were from this forum so decided to ask my question here:
I applied for PR and BOWP in September. I have not submitted all my police certificates yet (Mozambique still to be submitted). Got my BOWP approval notification online yesterday.
CIC website clearly says and I quote,
"A BOWP can be issued only if the e‑APR has passed the R10 completeness check."
and
"If the e‑APR is incomplete, the application for a BOWP must be refused."
These quoted statements imply that my R10 must have been marked complete, only that is why my BOWP has been approved, right? But how come? Is police clearance from Mozambique not a part of R10 check (especially considering I have mentioned in my eAPR that I was sentenced to 6 months in jail for a politically motivated charge)?
Wondering about these questions because if my R10 is complete, perhaps I should be expecting and preparing for PPR, flagpoling and POF for POE soon.
