How could I update after application?

I applied for EE (paid on the online system)
After that, my working permit has been expired.
So I go back to my own country.
Should I inform CIC for my latest changes? and How (cannot change the info on the online system)?

Yes,
Log in to your profile again,in submitted application section click on "check status and messages",then click on "View submitted application".
Click on "View Form" Wherever you want to make the changes,Then check for completeness.
Finally "save and exit".

Since you say you paid, I assume you filled out your PR application, not just the EE one. Here is how you can notify CIC of your change of address:
