I see a lot of people mentioning that it isn't safe to move to QC straight away after getting PR through the federal process because it could mean misrepresentation of your intention of not moving to QC.
From what I can see, a lot of people still move back straight away after getting their PR, or sometimes they promise to leave Quebec once they get the PR and never do.
I'm wondering how common it is for people to actually be refused citizenship because of that. Do you know any people to which that happened?
