how claim points for work experience

Hello,

i am really confused with point based system, i completed my graduation(B.Com) in 2009 after that i started working i have 6 years of experience in HR department, now i completed my master in HR in 2015, shall i include this in my EOI profile? will it decrease points for my Experience?

Is there any criteria that we can claim points only for the experience which is after highest education ???

No such criteria. You get points for education, work experience, age, language skills and skills transferability. Spouse/common-law partner's education, language skills and Canadian work experience can add points as well. In addition to all this, you can get points for having a skilled trade certification, provincial nomination or an LMIA supported job.
