How CIC Select a Candidate for employment / Experience Check from employee...Is it's random selection or they call/visit every applicant office.

Kindly read my post again..... I want to know that for experience verfication from employeer ... Are they do random selection of applicants or do this verification for every applicant.

It's usually not random, if everything is OK and in order than chances of verification are quite minimal. If they find or feel that something doesn't look right that's when they try to do verifications.

That means if we provide them with maximum availble information information for their satisfaction i.e ref letter, job offer letter, promotion letters, increment letters etc...these can minimal the chances of verification from employee.

You are correct. The more supporting documents you have, the lesser the chances of verification. Provide everything from birth to till now and from first job to till date including ID, salary slip, income tax, all letters, everything, etc. etc.
