I have worked since last year Feb and I was thinking about upload last 4 weeks of pay check which shows only hours of 2020. I have job offer/ employment record and reference letter, and that shows I have 35 hrs scheduled per week.
Do I still need to upload last year pay check and let them calculate hrs by adding 2019 and 2020 ?

You should submit proof to back the claims you are making.

This includes a letter of reference (mandatory), T4 forms for the period you're claiming work experience for, notices of assessment from CRA, and many other possible documents (pay stubs, etc).

Hence, you should provide as many of these things as possible if you want to make the life of the officer reviewing
your file easier and potentially making the process smoother.

As I said, the mandatory thing is the Reference Letter, everything else is your call depending on how supported you want your application to be.

Your letter of reference states the number of hours you work per week, as well as your salary/wage. Your T4 for 2019 plus the most recent paystub (should show cumulative information) from 2020 should be sufficient supporting documentation. IRCC can use the information in the letter to estimate what your earnings should be and cross-check with your supporting documents.
