How can we get USA PCC from India

I am from India and I stayed in USA from 14 months and for applying Canadian PR I should even attach PCC from USA.

Did anyone recently got USA PCC while in India, if so request you to share the information.

I see that we need to get 10 prints done, but not sure if we have anything in India which offers this service.
