how can we contact the canada immigration?

In October 11th. my husband received an email saying he meets the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor,a day after we got an email saying a refund in the amount of 110 dollars will be mailed etc... That's the message we got from them aside from the eligibility decision that say's we have to wait for the interview.
What does it mean?

I guess you over paid with the application.Normally CIC returns the over paid amount after the sponsorship approval because they open the file at that time...

i see..so what would be the next step? Because we are planning to go in canada and get a TR and come back in Philippines for interview. How are we going to know about the interview etc..How long will takes to wait?

They'll probably contact you or the applicant by the email or contact info you provided when you filled out your application.
