how can understand when PNPs having draw

hello all
after you reach to considered CRS for for example Tech Draw Ontario
is it possible to determine how many days or months applicant should wait till gets a response from province i mean
PNP draw (e.g OINP) how many times per year has been activated (draw)?
hopely i could ask correctly
for clarify let me add : express entry system has had draw each 2 weeks
can is being estimated any times for for example French skill worker Ontario ?

i mean how much patient should be a applicant for PNP
i know the link of NOI issued from ontario https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-express-entry-notifications-interest
but is not mentioned how many times per year they have drawing .....
