How can students prove family ties

TRV refused because I “don’t have family ties outside Canada.” Searched in this forum and found that only spouse or children count as family ties.

I’m an undergraduate student, haven’t graduated yet, was never employed, was never married, and I live with my parents. Can my parents be my family ties? Would it be good enough if I write an explanation letter to say that I depend on my parents financially so I must come back to them and leave Canada?

Also I live in a house that belongs to my parents. Can I include that in my application to show that I have property in my home country?

Yes, you can indicate you live with your parents and are dependent on them.

You should provide evidence of school enrolement and also evidence that you have paid your tuition fees for the coming semester / term as evidence you have ties.

If you have previous travel to any countries requiring visas such as the US or UK, show that.

The property isn't owed by you. So no, you cannot show that you have property in your home country.

You do not have property if it belongs to your parents. You can show that you live in your parents house with them.
