I am the Principal Applicant and usually does all the paperwork because my Sponsor is away for work with no laptop at his workplace.
He received a couple of emails from IRCC. He received AOR on august 23 and a letter requesting to pay for biometrics fee.
I paid for the biometrics fee and sent the receipt through IRCC webform using my name and my details and i attached his AOR and the letter for the fee request. Until now i still have not received any updates or biometrics instruction.
Could it be because it should have been him that sent the receipt to IRCC because the letter was addressed to him? We did not sign the Use a Representative form and there’s no option in the webform for sponsor. Only principal applicant and representative, thats why i was the one who sent the receipt.
Should we be worried? Should I fill out a representative form asap so he can send the receipts? How long would it take take for them to acknowledge that he is now a representative?
