I think you have to graduate from there and then get PGWP. After that and the required experience, you may be able to get PR under CEC. It will take some years and I can see that you have done no research on this for yourself :D

I can also see from your previous posts, that you are trying to get into Canada by various means. Did the Family Class sponsorship not work out? What about the refugee method, and did you try it?
If CIC has a record of you making previous applications under different methods, the chances of getting a study visa are very poor.

As zardoz has explained, the typical route for students to obtain PR is through the Canadian Experience Class program.

To qualify to apply for CEC, you would first finish either a diploma or degree in Canada. I would recommend that you make this at least a 2 year degree since this will get you a longer post graduate permit which will increase your chances of actually being able to apply for PR. Once you have graduated and have obtain the post graduate work permit, you would have to complete one year of full time and paid skilled work experience before being able to apply for PR through CEC.

The downsides of the student visa route are that it's expensive (to be approved for a student visa you'll need to show that you have $25K to $30K in your bank account to pay for your first year tuition fees and living expenses). Also, just because you come here on a study permit by no means guarantees that you will get PR.

To be approved for a study permit you must also demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

If you decide to go the student visa route, the first step is to apply to universities and/or colleges in Canada and to be accepted into one of their programs.

Dear Zardoz,

Family class sponsorship might be harder than the other ways because my cousin's income is not so good so probably it is not enough to take someone to there.

So what about the refugee program? Is there many people who applied and took the right of to be a PR by refugee program? Is it a too hard process ?

Yes - qualifying as a refugee is difficult.

You must prove that you yourself have been threatened, assaulted, etc. and that your life is in danger. I see that you are from Turkey. If that's so, I don't think you have any chance of qualifying as a refugee.

It`s always better using CEP(canadian experience)

I do not recommend you making a claim as a refugee. The regulations have been changed, you may get kicked out of the country in 60days after you make your claim.

get your education in a canadian school, excel in your field, you can find an employer if you really want. It`s not impossible.
