I need your help regarding How can I sponsor or apply my fiancé’s parents’ Visitor visa while I’m a PR of Canada?? My fiancé is not in Canada.

Well they apply for a TRV showing their own funds, travel history, ties to return and valid reasons to travel. No such thing as sponsorship but you could provide letter of invitation but they are coming for tourism purposes. You are not a family member.
