How can i Re-Stamp my Canadian visa(International Student) on my new passport?

So, my indian passport is about to get expired in upcoming months and for that reason i got a student visa till the date of passport expiry date. Whereas, my original study visa would have been valid till 2025. So can anyone please tell me how can i re-stamp my student visa on new passport. And get a new study permit. While being in Canada. Please help
