I need help with the options that may be available for me to enable me migrate to Canada.
My CRS point is 346, 15 years working experience outside of Canada and married to a professional. I have overall 7 on IELTS.

I have heard suggestions about raising my IELTS to 8 overall but I do not see that getting me another 100 points.

I need help. What can I do ?

Yes ielts score can help you increase your points plus if your spouse also can achieve good ielts that will also boost your score

did you tried giving different points for you and spouse in CIC calculator and found the optimized points that you need to earn? If not, please give it a try. A small change in listening points can all earn much more score.
Say example, if you have 8 in listening and if you earn 8.5 can change your score much.
NExt factor is age. if your spouse is younger, spouse can be primary applicant. This can earn score.

Trying to improve IELTS would be the most viable and fastest option. If you can have 8 for Listening and 7 for the other three, your points will be much higher. Also, if you haven't done yet, have your spouse's degree evaluated and have her take IELTS as well.
