Below are my three jobs i am claiming points for them in my EE profile.
Can i have a second opinion about the correct NOCs:

1) 27 October 2007 – 31 December 2011 Operations Supervisor


His main responsibilities and duties included:


A. Monitors bins status and distribution as per City Cleaning Operations plans.

a) Follows up on bins distribution, retrieval, or increase in number with the Heavy Equipment Operator ensuring allocation as per set maps and plans.

b) Coordinates with the Container Maintenance Center on bins refurbishing and repair, checking related quality and setting priorities regarding type of bins under restoration.

c) Follows up on bins maintenance and cleaning, as per set maintenance schedule or as requested by the Operations Manager.

B. Plans and monitors special operation activities, reporting and ensuring abidance by set safety and health standards.

a) Performs tours and spot checks on assigned locations, checking cleanliness and safety violations, advices the Operations Foremen on remedial action, reporting related discrepancies to Vehicle Control Manager.

b) Ensures that all activities are carried out within the set safety regulation, reporting work accidents to the Vehicle Control Manager and Labor Affairs.

C. Ensures availability of the allocated manpower, materials and vehicles, as per work requirements.

a) Coordinates with Labor Dispatch to ensure relievers further to work accident or shortage.

b) Coordinates with Vehicle Control to ensure reliever further to vehicle breakdowns, shortage or urgent request.

c) Ensures availability and monitors use of cleaning tools and materials, reporting damages and abuses.

d) Estimates daily needs of materials and tools, as reported by the Operations Foremen and sends request to the Vehicle Control Manager.


D. Ensures proper customer service, acting on related requests and complaints.

a) Acts on internal complaints and requests, given by Operations Management and Quality Control, communicated by VC Manager, instructing Operations Foreman accordingly and following on related completion.

E. Evaluates staff performance and follows up on other personnel related issues.

F. Performs other tasks and activities as requested.



2) 01 January 2012 – 30 November 2014 City Cleaning Controller


His main responsibilities and duties included:



A. Receives, analyses and proposes action for discrepancies in cleaning operations.

a) Schedules the Quality Control foremen audit plans to ensure that all areas are covered.

b) Receives photos and summary sheers on cleaning discrepancies on daily basis and initiates action with the concerned area managers; reporting major findings immediately to the area managers for immediate action.

c) Analyses the root causes of repetitive problems and suggests solutions: changes in collection time or routings, data from GPRS, driver route sheet and other analysis supporting facts.

d) Follows up on the efficiency of the suggestions by observing outcomes.

B. Checks on Operation related issues to ensure compliance and to suggest improvements.

a) Remarks deviation from set standards in any operation related issues; suggests improvements to the operation cycle attempting to improve quality of work conditions and efficiency of processes.

C. Evaluates staff performance and follows up on other personnel related issues.

a) Participates in staffing and promotion decisions and communicates to the concerned

b) Reviews departmental KPIs frequently to ensure actual performance meets planned performance and assesses subordinates performance as per set criteria

c) Assesses staff performance, identifies training opportunities and ensures staff development by recommending necessary trainings.

d) Monitors / Approves departmental submittals, submitting required documents and other processes – Performance Management, Oracle, disciplinary action, certificates, attendance sheets, to ensure proper flow of work.

D. Responsible to comply with the applicable Health and Safety procedures, and requirements provided during trainings and as listed in the Occupational Health and Safety manual; reporting occurrences, violations and acts that may affect staff safety.

E. Setting up the internal management system according to ISO 9001 standards.

F. Performs other tasks and activities as requested.



3) 01 December 2014 – 13 May 2017 Operations Projects Controller


His main responsibilities and duties included:


A. Plans and organizes all city cleaning operations activities (waste collection and disposal and Street Cleaning) and follows up on related implementation, providing guidance and assistance to the team.

a) Performs continual field visits and spot checks on streets and bin locations, checking cleanliness, ensuring that operations plan, policies and standards are applied and advises the Operations Controller on remedial action.

b) Amends the area sweeping and waste collection routing plans, as per suggestions, findings, and changing work requirements, communicating changes to Operations staff members.

c) Plans for special projects, prepares related studies and reports following-up on execution with staff members.

d) Performs studies on newly acquired areas, sets operations activities plan, and follows up on its implementation with the team.

e) Responsible to comply and train the Operations Staff (Controllers, Supervisors, Foremen, drivers and laborers) on the operations policies and procedures and Occupational Health and Safety manual.

B. Coordinates with customers ensuring proper service and following up on related issues and complaints.

a) Sustains the corporate image, ensuring abidance by set work standards and plans, and delivery of high quality service to the community.

b) Conducts regular meetings with municipality officials, following-up on requests and complaints with the Operations Controller and reporting major issues to the Project Manager.

c) Follows-up on complaints from the hotline, consultants and the Quality Control team, as well as special requests, coordinating accordingly with the Operations Controller till completion.

C. Forecasts and monitors expenditures and budgets of resources including manpower, materials and equipment for the assigned area of operations.

a) Assists in the preparation of annual budgets by providing estimations on needed materials, equipment and manpower and sends related reports to the Senior Project Manager.

b) Monitors overtime hours ensuring actual number of hours per individual does not exceed allocated.

c) Reduces expenditure of budgeted materials and tools as feasible without affecting the quality of the output.

d) Coordinates with concerned department to secure the provision of needed materials.

e) Monitors the performance of the areas’ vehicles and personnel to ensure plans are being fully met.

D. Evaluates staff performance and follows up on other personnel related issues.

a) Continually Reviews departmental and individual KPIs to ensure that the results meet the planned goals
