I just want to apply for a student visa in Canada
Is that possible to get the PR for me and my family (wife and daughter)???

PR can take a few years after you complete your studies. So yes, it is possible if you are eligible and get an invitation.

Well you need to complete your studies, and then you need one year of Canadian skilled experience in NOC A, B or 0. Meet CEC elgibility requirements and then you apply and wait for an invitation. Processing will take time too. Your studies must build on your education and advance your career in your home country. Since you are looking at studies, assume you don’t have enough points through FSW.
