How can I get a copy of previous Canadian visa refusal letter which was lost?

My mom had visa refusal in the past, both immigration and traveling refusal. But because the time is quite long ago, she lost all those letter. Now, I need to get copy of those visa refusal letter. Is it possible to do that? and how?

Obvious question but why do you need an actual copy of a refusal ?
