Hello, thanks for helps me,this is mi case, I have visa Sx-1 I arrived to Canada in September last year, the inmigracion police give 8 months for leave Canada, I extender mi visa the seventh month like turist, they answered me on agost 13, the letter said I must come back to my country and my status now is ilegal, I'm thinking in send again my solicitud for restoration of status but I don't know if I send like turist or for I want to study one course for more than 6 months.
The letter said this:
"Based cn your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is herefore refused. X] A foreign national is authorized to study in Canada without a study permit the program of study will be completed within the eiod of stay authcrized upon entry into Canada and the duraton ol the prcgram is six months or less. An application to obtan a study permit to further pusue a program of study miust he marde outsde Canada X] Your status in Canada was valid until August 13, 2018. X] Yoae a persn in Canada without legal statis and as such are reqirad to leave Canara mmerdiatey If yoi dn not leavn Canada voluntarily, enforement actinn may he taken against"
