how can i contact CIC calling center from outside canada?

i tried calling from mobile phone.. skype.. but i just cant seem to call the number they give on the website (1-888-242-2100)
is there another phone maybe?

just email them with ur all info and they will reply u after 3 to 10 days u can't call from outside

i always call on this number from india and its works everytime for me we have to listen to operator choice and call will connect to call centre in canada
