How can I communicate with the visa office of democratic republic of congo ?

It's been 9 month since I applied for my husband who is in congo and am in Canada , what can I do ? I need help
 
Have you received any communication? Do you know what stage your application is at? Average processing times is 12 months, so you are still within the processing period.
 
I did received a later in march saying their received the application . In June as I was checking my online application , their added that their have received the medical check results. Since then I keep checking, and I haven't had anything from them . Am kind of tired and so stressed . What can I do ? Should I send them a mail requesting of update of my husband application ?
 
Average processing time depends on the VO and the type of case. If you say that 12 months is the average, then you must not know what the word average means.

You should order notes, perhaps ask your member of parliament to ask on your behalf about the application. You could also try to email the visa office, that might work.

You either don't know what it really means or you don't understand what you are talking about. 12 months for the sponsorship applications is a target, not an average. Average depends on VO specifically, and more specifically on the nature of the application.
