How can I check that my application sent to the right person?

I sent my complete application to Singapore visa office. I am worried weather delivered to the right person or not. Although DHL shows it has rightly delivered on their online tracking. How can I be sure that it has reached to the right person? Is their any way to verify it? I do not know how long I have to be waiting like this.

dear there mmust be a tracking number ur must have got on ur reciept.
punch this on DHL tracking web site u will come to know a day by day staus.
in final u will get persona name with sognature

yes, you can check DHL all the time when ur parcel is right now!!
