How can I bring parents to Canada ?

Hi Friends,

I have got CoPR and currently not landed. I want to take my mother to Canada along with me. Please suggest

1. Can I how can I sponsor parents PR, can I do it while I am in India ?
2. Which visa is beneficial if sponsoring parent can be long process? and how long parents will be allowed stay with that visa?

3. basically, what is the best option to bring parents along with you to Canada with minimum delay?

1) No, you can sponsor them under Family Class if you are already living in Canada. Waiting time for sponsorship approval/invitation will take time.

2) Check Super visa

3) Visitor visa.

You really need to do some research. You need to meet the income requirement for 3 years before you even qualify to enter the lottery to sponsor your parents. Even then, it could be years or even never before you are selected as a sponsor.

Once you come to Canada, if you get a job that meets LICO, you can apply for a supervisa.

1. You are not a PR, till u land in Canada. You need to satisfy salary requirements and go through a long processing time to get PR for parents.

Best way is to apply for Super Visa or Visitor Visa
