Look at the web site for the office that you will be applying to. All the information is there. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/index.asp

Hi there,

if you have already applied as skilled worker in 2007, this means that you want to stay in Canada.
I suggest not to apply for a visit visa because one of the visit visa requirement is "satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit".

I don't think so you will be able to satisfy the above requirement and there is a good chance of rejection.

The above is my opinion.

Dear brother,
I would like to say that i will satisfy visa officer becuase i have family and how can i leave
them .Although most of time of processing has spent and i cleared ielts and delf. i have job here.why will
i overstay? In this way i will satisfy him.
I oblige to reply me.

if most of your processing time has spent and you have cleared your IELTS, then I think there is no need to go to Canada on visit. Well this is just my opinion, may be i am wrong, but risk is involve in this scenario. Have you applied for PR alone or with your family?
