How can I contact fingerprint agency for US PCC from India - Delhi/Chandigarh?

Any pointers ?

There is 1 company JK consultancy in Delhi, you can call them they send 1 of their people to your house. Charged me around 5500.
There is one lady who does this in Chandigarh also, from her house. I don't remember her name, just try google you might find her, she was cheaper though.

Are they authorized to do so?

Authorized from who ? FBI i don't think so And you won't find them anywhere in INDIA.
They will just help you get your Fingerprints right, then you mail those to FBI.
I used them because i was afraid of getting my Fingerprints rejected, that's why i chose such service.
