HOW CA degree(Chartered Accountant) evaluated by ICAS or CES

Hi anyone can tell me how will ICAS evaulates Indian Chartered Accountant(CA) degree ??
Will it evaluate as Bachelors or Master Degree.

I would MASTERs evaluation for my CA degree to score high CRS points.
I already applied to WES and it evaluates CA as Bachelors Degree Only.

Please let me know how ICAS,CES evaluates CA degree

Has anyone got evaluation of Indian CA degree from other than WES like ICAS, IQAS or any other. If so what has been the result of evaluation and what it has been evaluated as ? If someone has done it, please reply.
