I got students visa in 2015 and went to Canada. But due to family issues I returned back after 1.5 months.
Now if I apply for student visa for fall 2019 how are the chances of getting student visa again?
Is there any way of getting it?

Impossible for anyone to say, all you can do is to get an offer from a college and prepare a good application detailing the reasons why you should qualify for a permit.
