I am wondering, where i work that management made a mistake , now i get more hours in one paycheque and another paycheque i got less hours .
For example last month i got 55.5 hours in firs biweekly paycheque and second paycheque i got 78 hours but i am working on average 64 to 65 hours . Is it going to be counted as a full-time job?
What should i do now ? I asked them about that and they said if it is make a trouble for you for you when you apply for Manitoba PNP. Tell them to give us a call . Can i avoid being worried with that answer? this problem is happening because i work at two places for one company but they have different time cards to clock in - clock out and i ask them to make it one paycheque
