Hi,
I am on my open work permit and If I am getting cheques made from an employer for mon-fri for a NOC B job for PR but actually not working there, then how many hours more can I work on my SIN? Is there any specifications? Can I work mon-fri on SIN somewhere else too?

What you are suggesting is various forms of fraud. You risk not getting PR if not more serious complications. Would suggest getting a real job in NOC 0, A or B. It also sounds like this is a small relatively new business which could lead to a lot of questions about whether you are actually working an NOC B job.
