Hi,
If I come to Canada and study hotel management and find some work in that field post studies. Will I be eligible for a PR later?.

Unfortunately it's difficult to answer your question. It depends what kind of job you find (skill level), in which province, if the job is permanent, etc. I would recommend that you spend some time familiarizing yourself with Canada's immigration programs and their requirements.
