Had anyone experience a CNCC delay? Hong Kong police is still in process of my wife's police certificate. She is required to upload the police certificate on Aug. 28 and it is now overdue. What we did was, we have sent/uploaded the confirmation letter from Hong Kong on Aug 23 via Web form, Hong Kong police said that it takes 4 weeks for them to process and they will send directly the police certificate to Hong Kong Consulate General Canada.
My question is do you think that is enough that we have sent the confirmation letter from Hong Kong via Web form?
Her police certificate says overdue on Aug 28 in IRCC GCKey , do we have just have to ignore that? It is so hard to call IRCC support.
