I am an FSW-EE applicant
I received a request letter from IRCC for my police certificate from Hong Kong Police Force on Sep 27, and there was no address on the letter. (while Hong Kong only directly issues police certificate to governmental organizations instead of individuals to avoid employment discrimination on those who had crime conviction).
Unfortunately, when I was at HK Police Force on Sep 28, the officer asked me to provide an address. I failed to call IRCC Call Centre at the 800 number at the time, so I told the officer to mail it to the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong.
However, by reading the threads today on the forum, I doubt that the police certificate should be mailed to a processing center in Ottawa or Sydney...
So I am wondering if it is possible that the Consulate in Hong Kong could pass the information to Ottawa or should I reapply it...?
