Honestly, is OOPNP really worth it?

First of all you have to delete the old profile and spent several hours to recreate a new profile.
Next, we have to spend 1500 CAD (not sure if they still charge us if we are rejected) and tons of paper work to apply for it.
But please remember this is not the real PNP, instead it is called "opportunistic" PNP which indicates that the Ontario immigration officer reserve the right to reject our application even if we have done all the previous work....
I got the PT but am wondering is it really worth doing all the work and spend 1500 CAD...

I think it really comes down to the individual who has received the PT. Its a gamble sure, an expensive gamble yes. But its an investment in the future. Who knows when will the EE score come down for people who are in the 400 range - so this OOPNP might be the ray of hope for them.

Are you willing (or interested) in moving to Ontario? If so, it might be a good deal.

If not, it's not.
