Honest Mistake in Application, no Application Number yet

We realized that after mailing our package two weeks ago (for PR inland spousal sponsorship), we made an honest mistake in one of our answers on the Statuatory Declaration. We want to contact IRCC, but we don’t have an application number or even confirmation that they’ve received anything yet. Does anyone know how we can contact them even though there’s no online account for this application yet?

I think you have two options:
1- Wait till they receive it and give you a number and then withdraw and apply again
2- Wait till they receive it and give you a number and then notify them of the mistake and send a new form of the one that have a problem but make it correct so they just replace the new form.
I suggest to inform them via email either way you can mention name and DOB of applicant so that you have proof that you corrected the mistake otherwise they will consider this as you tried to hide things. doesn't matter if its honest or not
