My wife is a home maker all through; except for a couple of months of LINC and couple of months of volunteering.

FYI, I have job through out, and its a combined/family application scenario along with 1 school going child.

Is this a problem into the citz application? If yes, is there any thing I can do about it (say include couple of more docs to address the problem)?

It should not be a problem, as long as she also has at least 1095 days. You may want to include transcripts from the LINC classes and a letter from the agency she volunteered at. Also, if you guys took any trips during the 4 yrs, include copies of the boarding passes. Remember, no one can control if they will get RQ or not. You just submit what you have and hope for the best.

My wife had a similar case. She had a couple of months on LINC and a couple of month on ESL. I did write them on her application, but I did not provide any documents to prove them. I made the applications of my children under her application, and we applied as a family. We had the test and there was no issue, and we are invited for the oath.

It could be a good idea to include those papers you have for her LINC and volounteering period, and also make sure you include the school reports for your child.
