Hey all,
I've got married to canadian citizen before 6 months and less than one month of marriage we applied for visitor visa and was rejected because :
No strong ties to home country.
Travel history
Purpose of visit

After that we applied for spousal sponsorship and its under process since 3 months.
Now if i apply to visitor visa to celebrate my husband birthday together (first after being together) what are the ties to be provided as

i am under contract for 1year in a private clinic and started before 2 months
I brought verification letter from work. also wrote a letter that we know if I overstayed in Canada that will negatively affect my pr application process ?
Any suggested ties to be used for support ??

Thanks.

Exactly the same reply you had in the other thread. It is very difficult to get a visa in this situation. They know you will be very reluctant to leave your husband behind and return. It is very easy to apply for an extension of your visa and stay in Canada until the process is finished. You will need rock solid ties to your home country to get a visa.

This includes but is not limited to,
- Work ties ... a long term well paying job you would be reluctant to leave. Just having a contract is not enough you need to show why you must return and why. Maybe you have a work conference that is already paid for etc. They do know people leave contracts all the time.
- Family ties ... children left behind, parents who are dependent on you for both money and physical well being. You should back this up with proof like receipts from bill payments .. hospital visits and medical appointments.
- Property like a home

Also frequent travel to similar places where you went for short tourist like vacations to places like UK/US/Schengen/Australia

- Prepare a day by day itinerary that shows exactly what you plan on doing with a day by day expense.

I am sorry from what you have written my guess is if you want to celebrate his birthday together you may have to do it in your home country. You of course can try again but unless you address the issues the original VO has with your application it will likely be denied again

Hey Jtpolzin
Thanks for response again
I really do not how to explain but we can not celebrate together in my home country as my husband within these 6 months visited me twice with upaid vacation each time about 20 days and he talked with HR and told him there is no chance for more vacations until next year!!!

Unfortunately the reality of this situation is you may not be able to visit him until your application for PR is approved .. you can apply all you want but without rock solid ties to your home country they are likely to deny it because as far as they are concerned the likelihood of you leaving your husband is very small.

I gave a list above of good ties and what helps a good application. A one year contract especially if it is at a wage where your husband still has to support you financially is not going to be a very solid tie by itself.

Thanks for shadding lights on this part.
That really was helpful, I will take your advice and find more what to prove my home ties and re apply again.

Thanks
