I would just write home maker. Unemployed implies that she is looking for work.

I prefer "homemaker" or "housewife". "Home maker" (two words) might suggest that she's a carpenter (i.e. maker of homes). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homemaking

I would put the dates in the date area, Homemaker under Work/Education, N/A under Employer or School, and N/A under City/Country (or put the cities where you resided in the last 4 years and where she was a homemaker).
