Home Country PCC

Hi,
Is it necessary to get PCC from home country even if u have not lived 6 months in a row there for the last 10 years?
My husband has been away from India for more than 10 years now though he has made frequent trips to India he never stayed there for 6 months continuously.Anybody been in a similar situation and got PR without providing their home country PCC?

When you complete your application with accurate travel history, it will create a checklist of documents for you. If PCC from India is needed, it will be added to that checklist automatically. But to be on the safer side, I would just try to get it. It is fairly easy to get from your local Indian consulate.
