Does IRCC send all communication to mailing address or also send some mails to home address. I plan to move to US just after submitting the application. Can I put home address as my current address and give mailing address of a friend. For ex. if the application is incomplete which address will they return the application.
Or it would be better to assign my friend as representative in the application in which case he will receive all the communication.
