History of Immigration question - Has <name> applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?

Hi,

I had a query;

(1) Has ABC applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? - Yes (Since I have applied for SP, WP, TRV etc.)

(2) Has ABC applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before? - Yes/No? (Read a few posts and figured the answer to this is 'No' since I had created an EE profile long back and it expired)

(3) Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number:
Before ITA: I mentioned 'Yes', and provided the Application Number (E000******)
Post ITA, Question: Can I change the answer in (2) to 'No' now at this stage? will it create any issues?

Kindly advise on the right thing to be done here.

1. Correct.
2. Correct, it only applies for applications for PR.
3. If it's changeable it shouldn't create any issue, you can always mention it in a LOE that you changed it to reflect the fact you had only created an EE profile previously and not applied for PR.
