Could any 1 tell me which is the best season(time) for getting a job in IT industry in Toronto??

as in which time of the year are there best or many openings in IT industry

Just kidding.

IT is not seasonal. although, summer makes it a little pleasant when traveling for job interviews but i have heard summers in Toronto are very hot and humid.
