I need a caregiver. I posted ads and did some interviews. I liked a candidate. She is Indonesian, high school graduate. She says she studied 12 years, graduated with a high school diploma in Indonesia..
I know one of the requirements is that the caregiver has to have a diploma equivalent to the Canadian high school.
Is there anyone who knows of the Indonesian education system? Is her high school diploma sufficient for the education requirement?
Is there also language requirement to be approved as a caregiver?
She also has caregiver experience in Taiwan, so no issues there.
