Hi all,,im new in this board n im very apset about my fathers immigration case, please help me have my questions cleared if u know,,,,
I have sponsored my dad from pakistan on 2005,,his case got rejected due to my low income,,then i appealed and i had the court and the judge accepted my appeal and by 2007 my file was reopen in islamabad,, my dad had his interview on 2010 and he his medical on 2011,,the they again asked for second police clearance and another medical, on jan 2012,,now they called my dad and said that he has to go for a second interview on this may,,,any one has the same sanario?? please share,,,i dont know y they asked for a second interview,,this was a time that they had to ask for his passport,,but no
they are being soo stubborn,,, please please email me or let me know if any one had second interview..
